Founded by attorney Jennifer A. Oquendo, JAM Law is a different kind of personal injury firm. Born and raised in North Fulton, Jen is a proud mom of five who has spent years serving her community as a cheerleading coach, basketball parent, and supporter of local athletics. Many families know her as “Mama Jen” or simply as “Mom”—a role she brings into her legal practice, where every client is cared for and fiercely protected like family.
Jennifer has built a reputation for turning around difficult personal injury cases where other firms gave up. Many of her best results came in cases that began with no offers or outright liability denials. When insurance companies refused to pay, Jen pushed forward with persistence and strategy—investigating, litigating, and negotiating until justice was served. Several of these cases have since resolved for full policy limits, despite starting with nothing on the table. These victories reflect JAM Law’s unwavering commitment to creative problem-solving and fighting for clients others had written off.
Jen earned her B.A. in Marketing and Public Relations from Kennesaw State University and her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, where she gained valuable experience clerking for the Georgia Court of Appeals and interning with the Fulton County Metro Conflict Defender’s Office. After being admitted to the Georgia Bar, she founded JAM Law to deliver compassionate, transparent, and results-driven advocacy for injury victims—combining her legal skill with a deep commitment to the families in her community. Jen is also a proud member of the American Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
